1.Writing: The works must be written by Microsoft Office Word and the page format must be like below.  
2. Page and Font Structure: The font must be Times New Roman ve 22 puntos. Top, bottom, right and left margins must be 3cm.. Justified. 1,5 line space. The indent of the line 0.7cm. 0 cm pre paragraph and past.  
3. Size: 60 cm en x 80 cm dimensions (vertical)  must be organized. 
4. Design: it must be double column and 3 cm space between the columns. 
5. Logo: There must be Gumushane University Logo right of the title and Congress Logo left of the title.
6. Title: It must be written with 40 puntos “Times New Roman”, Bold ve Capital. Must not be more than two lines. 
7. Subtitles: 26 puntos "Times New Roman”, Bold and the first letter of it must be capital.
8. Writer Name(s): 30 puntos “Times New Roman” and bold
9. Writer e-mails: 24 puntos “Times New Roman” 
10. Bibliography: Apa format
