• Early payement fees are validate until 29th Agust. After this date, late payement fees will be taken into consideration.
• There will be no payement differences between exhibiton, virtual and poster presentations.
• For the writers who want to get benefit from the additional notification fee, all the names must be same.
• The payements will be paid back if there will be any cancellation until 29th Agust 2018.
• 50% of the payements will be paid back if there will be any cancellation between 29th Agust – 19th September 2018.
• There won’t be any repayment for 19th September and after.
